At UNITY, we offer a 60 day guarantee. This means you can return your products within 60 days of purchase, for a full refund.
Please note: all items purchased on sale or at a reduced price are final sale.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them and must also be in the original packaging.
Promotional items such as free samples, shaker bottles, caps, frothers, coffee mugs, apparel or other items must also be returned along with the original UNITY products you purchased. Failure to do so may result in a deduction from your refund.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@unitynutrition.ca with the subject “Return Authorization Code Request”. Please attach proof of purchase to the email, clearly showing your UNITY account number.
We will provide you with a Return Authorization Code and the shipping address to send your return to.
Please include your Return Authorization Code on the shipping label. Packages without a confirmation number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Please be aware that only orders placed through the UNITY official website at www.UnityNutrition.ca are eligible for our 60 day guarantee program. If you purchased our products from a third party retailer or another online store, please contact the merchant you purchased the product, to process your return.
